Phil Towle

SVP, Sales
Senior Vice President of Sales at Alliant, Phil is a critical force in growing our business. He is consistently doing the honorable thing; building partnerships with customers to ensure we do the right thing for them at every turn. Phil invests the time to learn the business of each customer he works with so he can guide the Sales and Sales Operations teams to drive only the solutions that are effective for the long term.

Before joining Alliant, Phil spent 12 years as the Sales Vice President for AT&T's Premier Client Group for New Jersey. There he had responsibility for overseeing sales to nearly 300 large business clients with a direct and dotted line team of 60 sales and sales overlay resources.

Phil achieved this role by continuously advancing over the years at AT&T, holding positions including Director of Sales Compensation, Account Executive, Field Marketing Manager, and Sales Manager. Phil achieved several awards and accolades during his tenure, including AT&T's most prestigious sales award, Leader's Council.

When he's not busy demonstrating honorable leadership as a trusted advisor, Phil enjoys playing golf, skiing, and travelling with his family. One of his favorite weekend activities is taking his Harley Davidson out for a countryside ride with his wife. Phil also volunteers his time helping high school students with the process of college selection, application, and admittance- honorably investing in the next generation of our nation's leaders.
